While visiting my sister in Savannah, Georgia, I was blessed to be able to meet several women who are single parenting while their husbands fight for our country. It was an interesting perspective to see first hand the lives affected by soldiers going off to war, and I was amazed at the women’s strength and resiliency and the bonds they are forming with their fellow wives to create a strong support network.
